Vision Problems / Unable to see in the dark, very bad light sensitivity? - light hazing ideas

During recent years, it seems that my vision has deteriorated, are my current symptoms:
Sensitivity to light, I mean really bad, so I'm sitting in a restaurant of the light from the windows dominates the eyes. It also makes driving at night very hard.

Some colors are difficult to distinguish / See, for example, "Pet Smart" symbol. PET is red, the "smart" is in blue. And while the characters, PET is perfectly clear to me is a smart blur.

My vision is lost, the "freshness" Nothing seems much clearer, only this type of fog is usually difficult to describe.

I went to several eye doctors, and everyone tells me that your gut! When I say I am, I like I was a mother searching.
In the 24, fit, or workUT, do not smoke ... In the attempt to find an answer, and nobody can me very little consolation. Ideas? While specialists can see?
I thought you walk a neurologist, I had problems with a stiff neck the last 2 months.

Night blindness is a lack of vitamin A. I agree with the previous answer, also an early sign of retinitis pigmentosa.
Light sensitivity can be affected due to the increased astigmatism, night vision and more light is scattered in different directions.
Seeing Red means clearer than the blue or green, that you are nearsighted. But the clarity between red and blue shuld too much difference.
Myopia could also explain the decrease seen the night.

I suggest you do not go to an ophthalmologist, but his vision checked first.

Two conditions must be regulated by an ophthalmologist:
A. Liver disease, optic neuritis or optic atrophy.
Early night blindness is seen as the beginning of retinitis pigmentosa.
