Our company has a new company, including design, marketing and training and consulting company (with a difference)
We want to organize a march for that.
Ideas? Scheduled for a major local Chinese restaurant, but what in this case include how to ensure and encourage U to participate in local companies?

Are there any formats to create a plan to launch a similar marketing plan or business model.

There is no written form of the initial phase, but the questions before you are the same as for any type of marketing.

What do you do that? (Celebration, new customers, media, etc.)
Who is asking the most to ensure you get what you want?
What other measures could achieve the same?

Based on your answers to these questions, then you have the answer to your question about what to do to ensure that people there want to participate, and they know what we give. For example, if a media event, you must press releases about the company and product samples or case studies press.

Make it clear why you do this. Such events may, as expensive parts function, do not become apparent.
