probably a side effect of their medication. Many drugs for drugs to treat Tourette's focus on the neurological system, and many of these drugs have poor coordination and dizziness as a side effect. You want to consult with your doctor to make sure they arent too high a dose and you want to make sure you do not drink alcohol or take drugs in combination, as this also cause these side effects.
