Can replace my rear car speaker with 5in woofers and not change the wiring? - car woofers

I have a 1996 Ford Contour and I get better sound system in my car, but nothing major. Instead of the speaker's back door, I wondered if I could replace the door speakers and rear woofer with small and not change the wiring. I do not know much about car audio know so if anyone would be the toll could help.
